This Privacy Policy explains how the website konradamkiosk.de and the application Konrad Content Manager ("the Application") handle personal data. The operator is an individual private operator based in Germany ("we", "us", "our"). This policy is written to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR").

2. Scope

The Application is a private internal tool used solely by the operator to schedule and publish original short-form video content on a single TikTok creator account that the operator owns. The Application does not collect personal data from third parties, does not act on behalf of third-party users, and does not provide services to anyone other than its operator.

3. Data we process about the operator's own TikTok account

To publish content on TikTok via the official TikTok Content Posting API, the Application stores and processes the following technical data tied to the operator's own TikTok account:

The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating one's own creator account efficiently). The processing happens server-side on infrastructure controlled by the operator; the data is not shared with third parties beyond TikTok itself.

4. Data of website visitors

The website konradamkiosk.de does not use tracking cookies, does not embed third-party analytics, does not run advertising scripts, and does not require registration. When you visit the website, the web server may record standard server log information (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) for the sole purpose of operating and securing the server. Such logs are retained for no longer than 14 days and are not used to profile visitors.

5. Data of TikTok viewers and commenters

When the operator publishes content on TikTok, third-party users may view it, like it, share it, or leave comments. Such interactions are subject to TikTok's own privacy policy (see tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy). The Application may temporarily display public comments to the operator in order to assist with reply drafting; the Application does not store, analyze, or share commenter data with any third party beyond TikTok.

Some processors listed above operate from outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers occur on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms in line with Chapter V of the GDPR.

Server log files: maximum 14 days. TikTok tokens: until the operator revokes them or the access expires. Published video metadata: for as long as the corresponding video remains live, plus a reasonable archival period.

9. Your rights under the GDPR

If we process personal data about you (for example, server logs from your visit), you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing under Art. 15 to 21 GDPR.
