Konrad Content Manager is a private internal tool that schedules and publishes original animated short-form video content to a single TikTok creator account operated by us. The Application does not act on behalf of third-party users, does not collect content from third parties, and does not provide services to anyone other than its operator.

2. Brand and content

All content published under the "Konrad" brand — including the character of Konrad, the supporting character Hildegard, the kiosk setting, written narration, generated imagery, animation, voice, and music — is an original fictional creative work. The content is produced with the assistance of digital tools and follows a consistent creative direction defined by the operator.

All trademarks, names, and creative elements associated with "Konrad am Kiosk" remain the property of the operator. You may not copy, redistribute, or rebrand the original creative output without prior written permission.

3. Use of the website

The website konradamkiosk.de provides public information about the brand and links to legal documentation. It does not require registration, does not accept user-submitted content, and does not facilitate transactions. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes.

4. Third-party platforms

Content produced by Konrad am Kiosk is published primarily on TikTok and may appear on other platforms. Your interaction with such content on third- party platforms is governed by the respective terms of service of those platforms. We are not responsible for the conduct of third-party platforms or other users on them.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or content.
